After his parents are murdered and the perpetrator is released without charge, young Jason Paford (played by Kyler Willett) distances himself from the church that once gave him misguided faith and instead becomes a roguish wanderer indulging in a life of excess. One day, Father Dickman (played by Lassiter Holmes) from the original church finds Jason. Previously, Father Connolly (played by Danny Trejo), the priest's partner, was killed during an exorcism, and the power of the demon continues to grow, threatening to plunge the world into darkness.
