Tommy Wick (played by Steve Austin), a muscular and cold-hearted veteran, makes a living using his strong physique in dangerous, cut-throat jobs. Driven by loyalty, Tommy takes on the task of helping his friend Eddie (Lochlyn Munro) pay off his debts, which means handling a series of troublesome illegal jobs for crime boss Doug (Eric Keenleyside). One day, he receives a new assignment from Doug: he must deliver a mysterious package to an outlaw known as "The German" (Dolph Lundgren). What seems to be an ordinary journey suddenly takes a turn when a gang of criminals attacks them, resulting in the death of Tommy's partner. Now, he must clear all the obstacles in his path alone.
