"Gold Digger" Wen Jiajia (played by Tang Wei) was once an editor of a gourmet magazine, filled with romantic fantasies about love, much like in the movie "Sleepless in Seattle." However, in reality, to give her child the identity of an "American citizen," she traveled thousands of miles alone to a postpartum center in Seattle to give birth. In the postpartum center, Wen Jiajia's flashy lifestyle evokes resentment from the landlord (played by Jin Yanling) and other pregnant women, such as Zhou Yi (played by Hai Qing) and Chen Yue (played by Mai Hongmei), leaving her feeling lonely. The only person she can confide in is the driver, Frank (played by Wu Xiubo). Although he seems dull and honest, "down-and-out Uncle" Frank is not an ordinary man; he was a top cardiovascular disease expert in China. As they spend time together, Frank's thoughtful and accommodating nature gradually melts Wen Jiajia's spoiled and willful demeanor. When Wen Jiajia's wealthy boyfriend suddenly goes missing, she finds herself suddenly turned into a poor person overnight, receiving meticulous care from Frank. Living with Frank and his daughter, Julie (played by Song Meiman & Song Meihui), allows Wen Jiajia to find the warmth of a home. When Wen Jiajia, after experiencing these changes, gives birth and is about to end her tumultuous journey in Seattle, subtle chemistry has developed between her and Frank. At this moment, she realizes what true love really means. Leaving Seattle does not signify an end; rather, leaving is the beginning of the next encounter...
