With a history of over 2,000 years, the Taoping Qiang Village is situated deep in the mountains far from the city. In today's modern world, advanced transportation connects visitors and researchers from around the globe to this mysterious and enchanting place. The villagers are very hospitable, offering delicious food and fine wine to guests, while reminding them not to casually kiss the village girls. For these pure and innocent young women, that kiss is a lifelong commitment. One day, Jack, an architectural PhD from the United States (played by John Robinson), visits Taoping Qiang Village in hopes of studying the hanging buildings that remained intact even after the devastating earthquake in 2008. However, Jack runs into trouble after accidentally coming into contact with the local poisonous plant known as "death herb." At a crucial moment, a beautiful Qiang girl delivers the antidote by mouth-to-mouth to Jack. This kiss changes the fates of Yuanni (played by Li Xiaolu) and Caofen (played by Jin Yufei)...
