Seven men and women in a tea room of a high-end hotel. Freelance writer Nakajo Ayako sits next to photographer Sera Haruto, while company employee Yuuki Osamu is being interviewed. Playing the piano is Osamu's lover, Tamaki Midori. The couples of different ages, Minazuki Runa and Sato Reimon, are observed from the second-floor lobby by the protagonist, Yuuki Airisa (played by Kurashina Kana). Ayako and Airisa are university friends from the same year. Since their student days, Ayako has been concerned about the object of her affection. She is indifferent to her husband Osamu's affair. Unable to forget her past experiences, Ayako believes she is fated to be alone and has no chance of love or marriage, but she gradually finds herself attracted to the younger and straightforward talent of Sera. Midori, while maintaining a clear boundary with her paid lover at her father's event, finds herself taking love seriously. Runa, the bar owner who offers love advice to Ayako, is also infatuated with the young pianist. Gradually, the matters they all hold dear become clearer and intertwine, revealing unexpected connections—
