At the edge of a quiet dark forest lies an unknown village, where rumors about werewolves have circulated for a long time. The beautiful young girl Valerie (played by Amanda Seyfried) has come of age to marry, and her family has betrothed her to Henry (played by Max Irons), the son of a wealthy family in the village.
