Due to the impending destruction of their homeland, a cotton-like lifeform residing on a planet at the edge of the galaxy leaves its mother planet, venturing into the vast universe in search of a new habitat, ultimately arriving on Earth. Among this group of lifeforms is a being known as the strongest warrior, Doma, which resides inside a handmade pink teddy bear and is determined to protect its young master, Ryouko Ayukawa (played by Mao Ichimichi). Ryouko has a younger sister, Yume (played by Shoko Nakagawa), who loves to wear elaborate Lolita fashion but invariably fails at everything, making her appear quite useless, much to Ryouko's annoyance. Doma cannot bear to see Yume in despair and resolves to inspire her fighting spirit. On the other hand, the evil black teddy bear Depalucha (voiced by Hiroshi Yamaguchi) colludes with dark-hearted human ambitions to secretly advance a terrifying plan to turn everyone into zombies. On Ryouko's birthday, a horde of zombies attacks a restaurant, and their leader Charlie appears before the two girls, accompanied by a one-armed Lolita (played by Koto Takagi) and the spiking Billie (played by Rina Takeda). At that moment, Yume unexpectedly merges with the pink teddy bear to transform into the super-powered Dollman Z (played by Rina Takeda). With the world in peril, can Yume and the pink teddy bear save the Earth?
