In Siberia, a nuclear warhead is seized by American black market arms dealer Konze (Val Kilmer). Colonel Jim from the U.S. quickly heads to Ecuador, where he finds the legendary top agent Mark Rupp (Will Forte), entrusting him to resolve the nuclear crisis. Mark, who has a vendetta against Konze for the murder of his wife ten years ago, decides to return to the field. He assembles his dream team, but his carelessness leads to the death of all his teammates.
