On Christmas Eve, while her family eagerly awaits, the beautiful and capable lawyer Angela (played by Rachel Nichols) is still hard at work in the office, making a final push. As her overwhelming workload comes to an end, Angela heads down to the underground parking garage, ready to drive home. However, her car won't start no matter what she does, and the garage elevator doors are locked. She has no choice but to seek help from the security guard, Thomas (played by Wes Bentley). Thomas is friendly and respectful, offering his assistance, but little does she know the dark thoughts he harbors. The building's front door is securely locked, causing Angela, who was ready to take a taxi home, to return to the security office for help from Thomas. The time is ripe, and Thomas reveals his sinister side; he abducts Angela and forces her to attend his Christmas dinner. This little man who admires Angela brings her a Christmas Eve that feels like a nightmare...
