Arthur (Clive Owen) gets separated from his family during the war and is adopted as a servant. A wizard predicts that he will become the holy king of Britain, and Arthur pulls the "sword from the stone," confirming his future. When he sees the chaos in the nation, he vows to free the entire British Isles from the brutal rule of the Romans. Thus, he is determined to establish a new homeland filled with peace and tranquility. Arthur's bravery and extraordinary spirit inspire some exceptional knights to join his ranks, forming the famous "Knights of the Round Table." Under Arthur's leadership, these valiant warriors achieve remarkable victories. The knights encounter the "Blue Army," a guerrilla group comprised of the poor and the homeless, also suffering from the brutal invasion by the Saxons. In order to fight, they form a battle alliance with their leader, Guinevere (Keira Knightley). What stories will unfold when these former enemies join forces?
