Officer Michael (played by Luke Goss) has a brother named David who is a member of the drug gang "Red Stick Assassins." Discontent with gang life, David wants to get married after leaving the gang, but the gang’s leader, Elias, orders him to be killed. Michael vows to take revenge for his brother, but the police handling the case have no intention of investigating and instead beat Michael when he demands answers. Realizing he can only rely on himself for revenge, Michael gets a tattoo of the Red Stick Assassins and rises through street fights to successfully join the gang. From then on, he accompanies the tough guy Anthony (played by Ed Quinn) and others to carry out missions under Elias's orders. Michael accidentally discovers that Anthony's drug-addicted sister is actually the woman his brother wanted to marry, and due to his outstanding performance, he becomes a leader within the gang.
