Sayaka (played by Mitsuki Takahata) is an ordinary office worker, the only thing that sets her apart is that her luck always seems to be terrible. One day, after a whole day of misfortunes, Sayaka drags her exhausted body back to her apartment, only to find a stranger lying outside her door. This man is named Aki (played by Takanori Iwata). At his request, kind-hearted Sayaka takes in the homeless Aki, and just like that, under unforeseen circumstances, Sayaka begins her first cohabitation with a man. Aki is a very strange man whose greatest hobby is doing housework. He loves taking Sayaka out to the wild to look for edible plants to bring back and turn into delicious food. In the process, Sayaka discovers that her battered heart gradually finds healing.
