Since Ah Lok (played by Simon Yam) became the representative of the He Lian Sheng, a temporary calm situation has finally emerged. However, the biannual election for the representative is once again approaching. The current representative Ah Lok hopes to convince the elders and Uncle Deng. However, Jimmy (played by Louis Koo), who has a large following, is a favored candidate for the new representative position, but he is only focused on business. During a deal, Jimmy is arrested domestically, and the opposing side warns him not to engage in business activities unless he becomes the representative.
