This film is a sequel released on the 10th anniversary of "The Silence of the Lambs," with the story still adapted from the novels of author Thomas Harris. Hannibal (Anthony Hopkins) escapes from a high-security hospital and, unable to change his bad habits, continues to search for his "prey." However, he becomes the target of Mason (Gary Oldman), who was once fortunate enough to survive under Hannibal's knife. Mason is a notorious pedophile who once raped his own sister, escaped from prison as a young man, and underwent psychological treatment from the monster Hannibal Lecter, who left him partially paralyzed and severely disfigured, and now he must rely on a respirator to live. However, he possesses a vast fortune and continues to gather various children in hopes of luring Hannibal out to carry out a terrifying revenge. With no options left, Hannibal seeks the help of Agent Clarice (Julianne Moore). The showdown between two great demons unfolds—who will ultimately prevail?
