Yue Xihong (Gu Feng) is the evil leader of the Iron Boat Gang, with the infamous Thirteen Eagles serving as his henchmen to eliminate his enemies. Sima Xin (Yang Zhiqing), a respected figure in the martial arts world, naturally becomes a thorn in Yue Xihong's side, and ultimately, Sima Xin and his entire family fall victim to the blades of the Thirteen Eagles. 　　Qi Mingxing (Di Long), a member of the Thirteen Eagles, can no longer tolerate Yue Xihong's wanton slaughter of the innocent, and thus leaves the gang.
