Blind Vietnam War veteran Parker, after escaping death, hides out in Vietnam for a while and learns excellent knife skills. Upon returning to America, he discovers that an old military friend is being threatened by a gang to produce drugs, and his nine-year-old son Billy has been kidnapped as a hostage.
