This film is the third installment in the "Dirty Harry" series. Harry (played by Clint Eastwood) has a new partner—Officer Kate (played by Tyne Daly), who has been transferred from the personnel files department. They are tasked with investigating a group of terrorists who dare to extort two million dollars from the San Francisco government. However, Harry's usual independent approach meets its match this time, as his new partner Kate is quite dismissive of his tough-guy tactics. The two must resolve their differences in order to work together to capture the lawless terrorists.
