A Xing (played by Stephen Chow) showcases his extraordinary abilities at the Gambling King Competition and then travels around the world, disappearing without a trace. Hong Guang (played by Chingamy) is unwilling to accept defeat and organizes the "Super Gambling King Competition" again. Uncle Song (played by Lau Ching-wan) orders his Uncle (played by Ng Man-tat) to find talented individuals with special abilities to participate. On the other hand, the mainland is very dissatisfied with A Xing's actions in Hong Kong and sends his sister, A Mei (played by Anita Mui), who also has special abilities, to Hong Kong to bring him back. Uncle accidentally meets the fish market gambling champion (played by Cheng Yu-ling), who is impressed by her gambling skills and invites her to compete, unaware that she is merely a con artist gathering money for her brother's surgery.
