Jonathan is a part-time employee at an agency, sharply dressed and self-disciplined, with no other activities after work; he goes home to sleep. However, the first thing he does every morning upon waking is to turn on the screen and let the person in the video tell him what he did the night before. The John in the video looks exactly like Jonathan but leads a completely different life, free-spirited and even wild. Jonathan and John are the most unusual brothers, with personalities as different as night and day, yet they share the same body. Divided by the boundary of seven in the morning and evening, they each possess day and night. When Jonathan begins to feel inexplicably tired and finds unfamiliar business cards in his pocket, he hires a detective to investigate his nighttime self, confronting the secrets of John. Bill Oliver makes a strong directorial debut, infusing strange emotions into concise visuals and smooth rhythms while gradually revealing a sci-fi perspective. Hollywood rising star Ansel Elgort, known for "Baby Driver," takes on a dual role, embodying both good and evil, not allowing seasoned actress Patricia Clarkson to steal the spotlight.
