One day, Brian (Johnny Messner) wakes up alone in the vast desert, having lost his memory. He does not know where he is, why he is there, or even who he is, what identity he has, and what his past is. His only companions are eight dead bodies lying next to him and two vans filled with cocaine and cash. Soon, the drug lord Mateo (Danny Trejo) and his henchmen find Brian, clearly indicating that the cocaine and money are closely linked to Mateo.
