Located in northern India, Meru Mountain is a dream for all climbers—so sacred, so beautiful, and yet so unattainable. Due to the extremely harsh terrain and climate, no team has succeeded in reaching the summit of Meru throughout history. This legendary peak caught the attention of climber Conrad (played by Conrad Anker), who quickly assembled his own team—consisting of his long-time partner Jimmy Chin and an American named Renan (played by Renan Ozturk). After making full preparations, the three began their ascent. Along the way, countless challenges awaited them; here, a single misstep could lead only to failure and death. The unpredictable weather and extreme scarcity of resources greatly increased the difficulty of the climb.
