A renowned religious master delivers a speech to followers in the Asian country of Boma, accompanied by a group of monks and aides, as well as his young and beautiful, highly skilled personal bodyguard Yifan (Phoenix V.). The chief of security, Lin Dongfu, is ordered to host the visiting master. The rebel organization PLM knows that the master's visit will be detrimental to their plans, so they send assassins to kill him.
