In the dead of night, four superheroes—Vanguard (Jason Trost), Phantom (Sophie Merkley), Blade (Lucas Till), and Iron Wall (Lee Valmassy)—wake up from a coma, completely unaware of what has happened or where they are, each with a mysterious needle mark left on their arms. Soon, the television next to them turns on, and their old nemesis Rick Shaw (James Remar) appears. Rick has devised countless supposedly perfect crime plans, all of which have been thwarted by these heroes.
