Standard rattle snake Wang Youwei (played by He Haocen) is a substitute service member in the Legislative Yuan, but accidentally causes Legislator Hsiung Yingying (played by Lai Yayen) to resign after a conflict with a villainous legislator. She firmly demands that Wang Youwei help her get her position back. Wang Youwei, who has never even been a class leader, is thus elected as a legislator! On his first day in office, a viral zombie outbreak from a chemical factory occurs in the Legislative Yuan, with legislators and officials turning into zombies one by one. Wang Youwei discovers that he is immune to the virus, and he teams up with survivor Hsiung Yingying to fight off the zombies and escape the Legislative Yuan, as they all want to make it out alive—no one can be left behind!
