A girl named Xiaoyue (played by Liang Luoshi) has the ability to communicate with insects. Later, she meets a group of friends who, like her, possess superpowers, all led by an eternally youthful aunt (played by Zhong Xintong). Xiaoyue has a long-time crush on the older guy, Gaoyuan (played by Chen Bolin), and her little insect, Gezhi, constantly encourages her to express her feelings.
