Popular online horror comic writer Jiang Zhiyun (played by Lee Si-young) has been receiving acclaim for her new works. However, she seems increasingly unable to distinguish between reality and illusion in her life, frequently experiencing terrifyingly realistic nightmares and inexplicable wounds appearing on her body. One night, Jiang's editor, Seo Mi-jin, tragically commits self-harm in an extremely brutal manner, and the process of her death and the horrific scene eerily resemble the content of Jiang's newly sent work.
