In the adventure reality show called "The Last Survivor," six young people, under the leadership of instructor Dale (played by Henry Rollins), will engage in a life-and-death struggle in a virtual apocalyptic environment. After six days, the last remaining contestant will win a substantial cash prize. Ambitious Nina (played by Erika Leerhsen) finds herself awkwardly teamed up with Mara (played by Aleksa Palladino), who was a substitute. The game officially begins.
To everyone’s surprise, their arrival excites a group of deformed cannibals who have lived in this land for a long time, and the contestants are successively killed, becoming a feast for them. After witnessing Mara's brutal murder, Nina decides to fight for her life, and soon Dale and teammate Jake (played by Texas Battle) join the battle. Can they defeat the savage cannibals?
