Tired of her mundane and unremarkable life, Texas girl Nicole Caro (played by Jaimie Alexander) runs away with her boyfriend Jesse Hills (played by Joey Mendicino) to Los Angeles in pursuit of her acting dreams. As they travel, their journey is filled with conversations, affection, and arguments. Along the way, they get lost, and with little gas left, they finally find a remote, dilapidated rest stop. In this isolated area with no signal and seemingly cut off from the world, she finds herself in a dire predicament.
