Taiwanese youth He Shirong (played by Wu Kequn) is over thirty but still has achieved nothing. He feels lost and confused, with death as a constant theme in his dreams. One night, He falls from a tall building, but this is not the end. When he wakes up again, he finds himself in a foreign land, surrounded by people speaking Thai, a language he cannot understand. It turns out his consciousness has entered the body of a Thai coma patient named Assani, and a brand new life begins. Nakorn (played by Pitchanart Sakakorn), Assani's wife, is not happy about her husband's awakening; instead, she shows strange coldness and disdain.
