In 1897, there was a small village called Covington in Pennsylvania. This place was picturesque and pleasant, and the villagers were united, friendly, and lived a peaceful life. However, the villagers of Covington were haunted by an inescapable nightmare. Legends claimed that cruel and terrifying monsters lurked in the woods surrounding the village, and they seemed to have an unspoken agreement with the villagers, each respecting the other's territory. But recently, signs indicated that the monsters in the forest were trying to encroach upon human land. The villagers had no solutions other than to resort to ancient methods—painting trees yellow—to ward off the monsters.
