Virginia (played by Melissa Sue Anderson) attends an elite school and joins a small clique within it. The children from wealthy families are not there to study; they spend their days indulging in pleasure and causing chaos. Naive Virginia just wants to fit in with this group, not realizing how dangerous and absurd their activities are. Virginia's 18th birthday is approaching, and she plans to throw a grand party. However, when she tries to invite her classmates, she discovers that they are mysteriously disappearing one by one, which deeply concerns her. Virginia once suffered a brain injury in an accident and underwent a brain transplant surgery, leading her to suspect that a bloodthirsty killer is hiding within her mind.
