Jill Tuck (played by Betsy Russell) reveals the whole story of the Jigsaw incidents to the police, while Mark Hoffman (played by Costas Mandylor), who narrowly escaped the death threat, issues a warning to the police that he is determined to kill Jill. The police department is on high alert.
