In a quiet corner of the English countryside, a luxurious and elegant villa stands tall. This villa belongs to the elderly Mr. Heelshire (Jim Norton) and Mrs. Heelshire (Diana Hardcastle). One day, a young girl arrives at the villa. Her name is Greta (Lauren Cohan), and for certain reasons, she hopes to escape her previous life, while also being hired by the Heelshires to complete a strange task. The Heelshires are about to go on vacation and ask Greta to take care of their "son," Brahms—a doll that resembles a boy. Greta initially finds it amusing, but seeing the couple's serious demeanor, she tries to control her curiosity.
