Paula (played by Laetitia Dosch) met her boyfriend at the age of 20, and they walked hand in hand through a long decade. She thought this man would surely take her hand and lead her to the altar, but unexpectedly, in her 30th year, her boyfriend coldly and irretrievably abandoned her.
