The story takes place in a seaside city in Russia, where a criminal organization known as the "Black Cat" is active. With the elections approaching, Mayor Viktor (played by Viktor Sukhorukov) decides to hold a large exhibition at the museum, featuring many precious artifacts, to increase his chances of winning. To ensure the exhibition goes smoothly, the entire city's security system is put into high alert. Ignat (played by Andrey Dementev), a young man who loves parkour and has a strong sense of justice, along with his like-minded friends, forms a group called the "City Monkeys," which appears to fight for justice but actually stirs up trouble. The evil "Black Cat" soon targets the active "City Monkeys," taking Ignat's beloved girl hostage and forcing him to assist in stealing the upcoming exhibition's artifacts. Faced with justice and love, Ignat must make a painful decision.
