Billie (Marina Zudina) is a mute prop master whose job is to provide props for low-budget horror films. Despite her physical limitations, her caring sister brings warmth to her life. One day, after finishing work, she returns to the set to retrieve a prop she left behind but finds herself locked in. Bored, she wanders around and accidentally stumbles into the filming of an adult movie. To her shock, what starts as a scene turns into horror as an actress is brutally murdered, and the killer captures the bloody scene on camera. Billie calls the police, but they find nothing, and the killer insists that frightened Billie mistook a fake event for reality. The situation escalates when it is revealed that the killer is a member of the Russian mafia, who specializes in shooting real violence films to cater to clients' special needs. After the incident dies down, they immediately initiate a campaign to silence Billie. Unable to speak, Billie must rely on her intelligence and actions to uncover the truth behind these events.
