In the early Republic era, there was a legend in the outer regions of Bahrain involving a gem called "Bloodstone King" that was once presented to the emperor but fell into the hands of a Japanese samurai. To reclaim this national treasure, Liu Zhenyou (played by Li Lianyi), known as the "First Blade in the Frontier," risked his life and successfully retrieved the Bloodstone King from the Japanese samurai. However, this theft triggered a chain reaction. After the "Bloodstone King" was stolen, Detective Qiao (played by Wu Mengda), who had once been honored with a yellow jacket by the former emperor, was "invited" by the Japanese samurai Heisei Ko (played by Miura Kenichi) to solve the mystery. Faced with the corpses of Japanese samurai killed by flying knives, Detective Qiao asserted that this incident was related to Liu Zhenyou, as no one else in the frontier possessed such courage and skill. However, due to his advanced age, Detective Qiao could not take action himself and had to rely on his son Qiao Wa (played by Wu Qihua). Although Qiao Wa had excellent martial arts skills, he felt immense pressure facing such a challenging task. He understood that to catch Liu Zhenyou, he needed not only exceptional intelligence but also remarkable ability; this task was filled with challenges and tests for him.
