This film tells the story of Batman (voiced by Roger Craig Smith) and Robin teaming up with Justice League members The Flash and Green Arrow to combat a criminal organization known as Animilitia. This organization is made up of members with animalistic characteristics, including Gorilla Grodd, Cheetah, and Killer Croc, who wreak havoc in Gotham City, where regular police are powerless against them. The mastermind behind the organization points to Batman's arch-nemesis, the notorious crime lord of Gotham, Penguin (voiced by Dana Snyder). Apart from dealing with the Animilitia, Batman and his allies must also face the evil robotic animal network invented by the businessman from Oswald Corporation, as a group of criminal forces once again converges in Gotham City.
