Siblings Trish (Gina Philips) and Dally (Justin Long) are driving on a rural road for a vacation. Bored, they banter with each other when suddenly, an old, dirty truck attempts to overtake them, causing a tense moment. Soon, they see a person getting out of the truck and throwing a blood-stained package into a pipe near a roadside cabin, sparking their curiosity. Ignoring their earlier encounter with the truck, they quietly return to the cabin to investigate. Dally falls into the pipe and discovers that the package contains a living person with an unknown object sewn into their stomach, shocking them. Trish and Dally quickly drive away, but a winged ghost starts to pursue them.
