Emma (Meegan Warner) is a producer of a horror prank reality show. She feels incredibly tired of this program that relies on deception and forgery to fool its guests, and she plans to resign after completing the final episode. Recently, there have been some more bloody, violent, and realistic horror shows online that also have a larger audience. The boss demands that Emma and her colleague and boyfriend, Marcus (Ian Meadows), create works that can surpass these shows, or he will fire the entire production team. Marcus chooses an abandoned asylum as the location for the next episode, and this time, Emma is responsible for playing a nurse who recruits a man named Rohan (Josh Quong Tart) under the pretense of looking for a gardener. Rohan appears quiet and honest on the surface, but his increasingly bizarre actions lead Emma to suspect that he is completely insane.
