After saying goodbye to their young owner with whom they had spent many years, Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and their friends from "Toy Story" moved to their new owner Bonnie's (voiced by Emily Hahn) home to continue their joyful lives. One day, while they were playing in the room, the clumsy dinosaur Rex (voiced by Wallace Shawn) suddenly appeared and messed everything up, causing Mr. Potato Head to be furious and even call him "the Rex who ruined the party." Just then, Bonnie decided to find a toy for a bath, and unprepared Rex was taken into the bathroom with her.
