In a university laboratory, during an archaeological process focused on Irish medieval culture, Professor Sheila Whelan (played by Marcelle Baer) and her assistants accidentally discover an intricately crafted box. When they carefully open the box, they find an ugly and bizarre head inside. Even more terrifying, the head emits a horrible scream, causing damage to the laboratory equipment and harming the personnel present to varying degrees. However, the ordeal is not over; their hasty and reckless actions have awakened a terrifying banshee that had been asleep for nearly two hundred years. From that point on, Sheila and her assistants are stalked by the banshee, leading to a series of terrifying events. According to ancient Irish folklore, anyone who hears the banshee's scream is destined to die soon...
