In a chaotic mess caused by a digging superhero, the superhero family—Mr. Incredible Bob Parr (voiced by Craig T. Nelson) and Elastigirl Helen Parr (voiced by Holly Hunter)—along with their children Violet (voiced by Sarah Vowell) and Dash (voiced by Huck Milner), do their best to save the day. However, they not only fail to capture the elusive enemy, but also lose government support due to the extensive damage done to the city. Shortly thereafter, telecommunications mogul Winston Deavor (voiced by Bob Odenkirk) approaches the Parr family through Frozone Lucius (voiced by Samuel L. Jackson), hoping to utilize the company’s cutting-edge technology to better uphold world peace. Yet, Deavor is mainly interested in hiring Helen, while Helen shines and becomes an icon for all superheroes, leaving Bob, who stays home as the caretaker, feeling unappreciated.
