A man with a criminal record, Akin (played by Josh Stewart), struggles to support his family with a meager job in pest control. However, this tiny salary is nothing compared to the large debts and his wife and children's hunger. Desperate, he decides to target his employer—jewelry dealer Mike Chase (played by Michael Reilly Burke). While the Chase family is on vacation, Akin seeks out his old friend Roy (played by Robert Wisdom) with plans to steal jewelry from the Chase house and ask Roy to help him sell it. That night, Akin sneaks into the empty Chase house. Unfortunately, his luck is abysmally bad as he discovers that someone else has already arrived. A mysterious man who calls himself "The Collector" seems to have a different objective, one not solely focused on money but on lives. When Akin tries to back out, he finds himself trapped in this hellish house...
