"Lost in Madness" tells the story of a young girl, a young woman who leaves her hometown to escape a chaotic past and accidentally ends up in a mental hospital. Faced with the challenge of how to "escape," she seems to harbor an even greater fear — she appears to be losing her ability to discern whether everything is a real existence or merely her own imagination... The film poses questions about our perception of reality, our survival instincts, and the systems that are supposed to protect us, all through a warped perspective and an astonishing narrative.
