In the near future, President Bush is re-elected for a fourth term. He disbands Congress and spreads war worldwide. To provide a continuous supply of troops, the government develops a virus that can turn people into zombie soldiers. However, the virus spreads, and the military dispatches an elite team to quell the situation, but one team member escapes after being bitten... In the strip club "Rhino," owner Esko (Robert Englund) welcomes a newcomer, Jesse, while a young man named Davis, who has a crush on Jesse, sneaks into the Rhino.
