On July 14, vengeful spirits roam. In the dimly lit harbor city, chilling supernatural events unfold. In a certain apartment in Yau Oi Village, Tuen Mun, someone reports a woman in red who screamed and jumped to her death. Detective Gu (played by Zhang Zhaohui) rushes to the scene with newcomer B (played by Tsai Han-yi), only to find no evidence at the scene, and the recording equipment has failed to capture any footage. Refusing to believe in supernatural events, Gu stubbornly investigates the identity of the woman in red.
