Originally intended to film a firefighting assignment, journalist Angela (portrayed by Manuela Velasco) unexpectedly encounters a lifelong terrifying nightmare in an apartment in Barcelona. After the most horrifying experience, Angela is rescued by a member of the special forces who has infiltrated the apartment. When she awakens again, she finds herself in an unfamiliar place, undergoing examination by unidentified medical personnel. Meanwhile, special forces member Guzmán (played by Paco Manzanedo) and surviving comrades are also isolated; they discover they are on an oil tanker adrift in the middle of the sea, completely cut off from the outside world, controlled by the military and medical staff. The government's personnel conducting secret experiments face failure, unleashing a terrifying zombie virus in this confined space.
