This is a movie about ghost stories in an office. Newcomer Ah Pat (played by Karen Mok) just started working at a company in this building and encountered her ex-boyfriend Ah Ken (played by Stephen Fung). After chatting for a while, Ah Pat takes the elevator back to the office. Inside the elevator, there is a woman in white who is crouching on the ground and repeatedly saying "I'm sorry," which strikes Ah Pat as very strange. A colleague suggests it might be due to the upcoming Ghost Festival... Ah Pat finds the secretary Connie from the neighboring company in the restroom, talking incessantly to someone in the last stall, but she doesn't pay much attention at the time.
