In order to help their friend Vince (Stephen Graham) get through a painful divorce, a group of friends—Neil (Danny Dyer), Coley (Billy Murray), Micky (Noel Clarke), Matt (Lee Ingleby), and others—take him to a remote town for a vacation. They expected to find paradise, but instead discover that it's a hellish place where the women have contracted a strange disease, attacking and devouring all the men like zombies. Although these men are typically submissive "whipped husbands," they show no mercy when faced with the female zombies, leading to a vacation that devolves into a battle of men versus female zombies.
